“He is the Kindest” Novak Djokovic gets lauded on social media after his act of helping the old woman

Novak Djokovic
Have you heard this phrase: “The more the tree goes up in the air, the more it goes down into the earth. Remember humility in greatness.” This phrase is apt in the Big Three of Tennis- Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, and Roger Federer.
Recently, a video of the current World No.7 Novak Djokovic assisting an elderly person in a park has gone viral. In the video, Djokovic humbly picked up an elderly woman’s suitcase and traveled a distance with long strides. The elderly woman followed him.
The 2022 Wimbledon champion has been in the news quite a bit during the past year. However, all criticism from media, experts, and hype around this performance seems to have had any effect on him.
He has had a tough year this season with a controversy at the start of the season, his deportation from Australia just one day before the start of the Australian Open tournament, and subsequently, the three-year ban imposed on him. Any of these incidents is capable enough to shatter any player’s confidence. But not Novak Djokovic. He knows how to rise and with style.
He came back to form in the French Open and subsequently won the Wimbledon, Tel Aviv Open, and Astana Open. He was not allowed to participate in the US Open due to his unvaccinated status against COVID-19. But he is determined to make this season count by winning the Paris Masters 2022 and this year’s ATP Finals singles title.
Appreciation For Novak Djokovic from all corners

Many people across the world noticed Novak Djokovic’s act of humility and have complimented him dearly for it. Many people are also appreciated the care and warmth that he gives to all and every person whether he may be his fan or critic.
Here are a few reactions that are coming in on this video:
Some wondered where Novak’s support staff was at this time and who could have helped the old lady instead.
One Twitter user joked if the Serb was there to help the elderly woman or to steal her suitcase.
Although the nine-time Australian Open champion may have not given another thought before helping that old woman, his act of kindness touched everyone who saw this video. That is perhaps what makes somebody a GOAT.
