‘You Oscar winner’ – Henry Cejudo and Aljamain Sterling go back and forth on Twitter!

Henry Cejudo and Aljamain Sterling have been going back and forth on Twitter recently. And, the topic of the banter revolves around the recent controversial match between Aljamain Sterling and Petr Yan, wherein Sterling won the match since Petr Yan was disqualified due to an illegal knee. However, the topic of discussion that night was Aljamain Sterling overplaying the effect the illegal knee had and ‘faking a concussion’.

More recently, Cejudo took to Twitter posting an image with his girlfriend Ana Karolina, taking a dig at Colby Covington. The back and forth started once Aljamain Sterling tweeted there was something in Cejudo’s teeth.

“This ain’t no April fools but I’m what Colby Covington thinks he is! #facts”, Cejudo tweeted.

“You got something in your teeth, ex-champ,” Sterling responded to Cejudo’s tweet.

“Yep it’s a bit of disgust from watching you fake your way to a Title. You Oscar winner,”

“I learned from the best. “Champ””, Sterling replied taking a dig at Cejudo.

“I would respond to this but you’ll fake a concussion,” Cejudo responded.

Cejudo officially got his name removed from the USADA testing pool recently, ending all speculations of a comeback. He last fought Dominick Cruz at UFC 249, winning via knockout, and retiring as a champion.

Aljamain Sterling, on the other hand, will be taking on Petr Yan in a rematch, with his bantamweight title on the line.
