“I hate to say this but the Aljo funkmaster Era is upon us,” Henry Cejudo trolls Aljamain Sterling after the event of UFC Vegas 25
Aljamain Sterling and Henry Cejudo
Yesterday’s live event of UFC Vegas 25 was fire, we saw some amazing performances in the event, one particular fight sparked the controversy when Randa Markos was disqualified for throwing an illegal kick from the grounded position.
In the women’s strawweight bout the Brazilian newcomer Luana Pinheiro was dominating Randa Markos in their fight until Markos kicked her in the face while she was grounded, it caused a concussion, and Markos was disqualified.
As soon as this event went down many people pointed out how Luana was faking the concussion to get the victory, the same thing happened with Aljamain Sterling and he won the championship that way. “No-Shame Sterling” tweeted, “Good job, my apprentice.”
Henry Cejudo took notice of this fight, and trolled Aljo with his Tweet, he wrote, “I hate to say this but the Aljo @funkmasterMMA Era is upon us. Good night everybody.”
“Some of these dudes belong in Hollywood,” says Henry Cejudo
Even though Cejudo is retired, he is the former double champ and he doesn’t restrain himself for saying anything. He has fired shots at most of the bantamweights before, and he even considered coming out from the retirement.
In another tweet, he wrote, “Just to back up what I said yesterday. How many academy awards will be given this year! Some of these dudes belong in Hollywood @danawhite they worst than the World Cup soccer players. And I’m not talking about you @CruteJim #friends”
Pinheiro was hurt for sure, but it didn’t look like she was concussed for real, but then again we are no expert and we can never understand what these athletes put themselves through to earn their bread.
We can just hope that everyone is fine and we can see their rematch soon.
