The BMW Open taking place in Germany got off to a flying start, as there were some amazing matches played. Yesterday, the tournament concluded its semi-final matches. On one hand, it was Taylor Fritz who motored his way through to the finals in Munich. 

On the other hand, Jason Struff beat Holger Rune quite comfortably. Rune was not in the game as he lost to the German in straight sets by 6-2, 6-0 and the match was over in 45 minutes.

Despite a great start to his clay season, Rune once again failed to perform in the semi-finals and saw another loss. Struff was better on the occasion, hitting eight aces. He also had a whopping 95% of first-serve points. Not allowing Rune to get the better of him, Struff made his way to the finals in his home tournament. 

His disappointment did not end there, as the fans took it online to roast the Dane. 

And they want more money than women.

They did not spare the youngster for his disappointing performance and expected more from him. Several fans even took at Patrick Mouratoglou and his drug-related controversies.

Holger Rune faces a major loss after making his way back into the Top 10

Danish pro-Holger Rune has had a roller-coaster of a year. Starting within the range of Top 10, he fell out for a short while but caught up pretty soon. However, just after he got back his ranking points, the Dane lost in a 45-minute match against Jason Struff.

The occasion demanded a high level of tennis, and Rune was not up to the occasion. Using this, the fans bombarded X with roasts.
