The Road Safety World Series featuring cricket legends from various countries in the world is currently in progress in Raipur, India. The tournament has given fans an opportunity to witness their idols and retired players in action once again. The series has been nothing short of complete entertainment as it has produced excellent quality of cricket as well as thrilling encounters going down to the wire.

India Legends faced off against England legends yesterday and the two sides were involved in a thriller. After Kevin Pietersen‘s stupendous half-century took England to a healthy score in excess of 180, India looked down and out at one stage before Irfan Pathan and Manpreet Gony came up with explosive knocks to take the game to the last over. India finally fell short by a mere 6 runs.

Sachin Tendulkar and Chris Tremlett engage in banter

Former England fast bowler Chris Tremlett is a part of the England legends team at the Road Safety World Series and he took to Twitter yesterday following the conclusion of the match to post a picture with Sachin Tendulkar. He captioned it, “If I can look as good as this guy at his age i’ll be a very happy man @sachin_rt (sic)”

Tendulkar then responded saying, “How many OMELETTES would I need to eat to look like TREMLETT?” referring to the Englishman’s ripped physique. The tall fast bowler took to bodybuilding after his retirement from cricket and the results are evident as he was seen to be buffed and absolutely huge while compared to the other players who were in action at the series, more so while standing alongside Sachin Tendulkar. This conversation between the two has now gone viral on social media now.
