One of your main objectives in Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla is to track down and murder every member of the Order of the Ancients. What Is The Best Way To Find Out Who The Grand Maegester Is?
You must locate and eliminate every member of the Order of the Ancients in order to discover the identity of the Grand Maegester. Every warden of every Order branch in the game, as well as all zealots who serve as mini-bosses, are included.
Once you finish off the leader of each respective branch (the zealots don’t have a leader) you will obtain a clue that will help you to narrow down who the Grand Maegester and Father is, as well as their location. Discovering the location of the Grand Maegester
Hytham will want to speak with you at the Hidden Ones Bureau in Ravensthorpe once you’ve finally put an end to the last order member’s life. When you arrive, he’ll notify you that his anonymous source, the Poor Fellow-Soldier who has been assisting you throughout the game, has discovered the Grand Maegester’s position. They may be located in Hamtunscire’s settlement of Athelnay.
If you get there, you’ll run into none other than King Aelfred, who now appears to be living a peaceful life as a peasant. When Eivor questions him about who the Grand Maegester is, he will toss them an Order of the Ancients medallion, revealing that he was Hytham’s informant. Aelfred was also the Father and Grand Maegester, according to the sixth clue.
He tells Eivor that he wants to destroy the Order because of their ignorance of God and Christ, two things in which he has a strong belief. In Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, it turns out you don’t have to fight the Grand Maegester. Simply speaking with Aelfred will count as an elimination, and you will have completed the Order of the Ancients. But, because you can’t kill him, the Templar Order will eventually rise from the ashes.
