They are naturally generated only in Igloos in snowy biomes. This is the only one place where it is naturally generated.
Uses for Redstone Torch
- They can be used to craft Activator rails, Redstone Repeaters and Redstone Comparators.
- They are also used to power up redstone components by combining them with Redstone Dust or placing them by the side. Things like Pistons, Redstone Lamps and other mechanisms can be powered using this.
- They will start to glow and emit a red light and particles.
- The Minecraft Redstone Torch will occasionally burn-out after being turned on and off for approximately 8 times in 3 seconds. This will become normal on its own after a while.
