Hulk Hogan is no stranger to landing in hot water. The WWE Hall of Famer is now facing a civil lawsuit for an incident dating back to August 2024. He was in Medina, Ohio, to promote his Real American beer at a local bar named Thirsty Cowboys. Once Hogan and other volunteers were done riling up the crowd, they started throwing beer cans for people to pounce on.
However, Michelle Harlucowicz, a woman who willingly attended Hulk’s event, got torched with an airborne can on her head. The victim is represented by attorney Eric Tayfel, who filed the suit on Michelle’s behalf on February 10, Fox 8 Cleveland has learned.
In the complaint, Hogan & Co. are dragged for their negligence, which left the plaintiff with a forehead wound requiring nearly 10 stitches to close it. To answer if the Afron woman could’ve dodged the bullet, her lawyer deemed it implausible. Harlucowicz was standing close to the dance wall, nearly 50 ft removed from where the sealed beer cans were launched into the air.
She’s now seeking damages for medical expenses, suffering, and emotional distress stemming from what transpired. For the record, this was the same gathering where Republicans-backed Hogan spewed racist vitriol for ex-VP of the US, Kamala Harris. While joking about body slamming the Democrat Party candidate, The Immortal One referred to her as a chameleon and questioned her Indian roots.
The former WWE Champion faced intense backlash for his unfiltered tirade. Nonetheless, Hulk’s beer is up and running in 2025. The RAB co-founder recently landed a multi-year strategic partnership with WWE. A brand-new commercial for it aired during Monday Night Raw this week, and fans couldn’t have been more piqued.
Hulk Hogan’s breathing on thin air since Raw on Netflix appearance
Outside of the newfound lawsuit against Hulk Hogan, he’s been under the gun for quite a while now. Ever since getting dumped by a wave of boos on Raw’s Netflix debut, the 71-year-old has become a laughing stock.

A number of legends have reacted to Hogan’s calamitous outing. Most of them concurred that he deserved the negative response. The real-life Terry Bollea recently told Pat McAfee on his show that he kind of expected the boos.
Even though the wrestling great blamed it on his political allegiance to Donald Trump, almost no one is foreign to the racist slurs he hurled in a leaked audiotape in 2015. That’s solely attributed to Hogan’s degrading perception among wrestling fans, let alone the general public.
