The anticipated documentary of Vince McMahon called ‘Mr. McMahon’ has been released on Netflix. It showcases the insights about the life of the former WWE Chairman. During one of its episodes, the producers throw up a question about how similar Vince McMahon was to the character of ‘Mr. McMahon’.

In the fourth episode titled ‘Attitude’, the 79-year-old claimed that there are no similarities between the two. He said that his real-life character is completely opposite to his on-screen character. However, when the same question was asked to other wrestling personalities, they stated that both entities are somewhat similar.

WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan claimed that they are the same person, while Shawn Michaels believes there is not much difference. Shane McMahon called ‘Mr. McMahon’ an extension of Vince McMahon. The latter’s right-hand man, Bruce Prichard, also stood by the claim that Vince is the same person as his on-screen role.

Moreover, Prichard even revealed that McMahon used to have the same energy in real-life arguments as he had in his on-screen promos. Besides, 16-time world champion John Cena also had an interesting take on the 79-year-old with his persona of a tyrant boss.

McMahon said that one day his father told him that he was doing an incredible job. The 79-year-old said that it was an unexpected comment from his father, who was pretty nonchalant about him throughout his life. Vince called that the best moment of his life.

A few days later, Vincent J. McMahon passed away. Vince said that his demise affected him a lot. However, his last few words always made him believe in himself and lifted his confidence in the tough times.
