It’s been almost a month since Terry Bollea, better known to wrestling fans as Hulk Hogan, passed away. However, the suspicion of foul play surrounding his demise at 71 has only continued to grow of late. On Thursday, the wrestling icon’s estranged daughter, Brooke Oleksy, came up with a number of updates via Instagram and slammed the media for twisting the narrative.

The 37-year-old claimed that she’s repeatedly been contacted by police officials and nurses who were there with Hogan the day he died. They’ve told his daughter that she needs to see the bodycam footage and get ahold of the 911 tapes from July 24, as they supposedly contain information that may change the narrative around The Hulkster’s passing.

Brooke continued by writing that the said witnesses are pushing for her to know the truth so desperately that they are even risking their jobs in the process. The former Hogan Knows Best star eventually admitted that, despite being Hogan’s daughter, nothing is under her control, as the deceased wrestler’s widow, Sky Daily, has the final say in the matter. And speaking of which, Daily called into TMZ studios last afternoon to confirm that an autopsy for Hogan has been conducted.

When asked about its specifics, Daily didn’t provide any but did affirm that Hogan’s phrenic nerve had been compromised during one of his recent surgeries. ‘The Sterling Golden’ underwent neck surgery in May at a time when rumors of him being on his deathbed were flooding social media. However, a rep from Hogan’s camp at the time debunked all such claims made by the WWE HOFer’s former close friend, Bubba the Sponge Love.

Was Hulk Hogan’s death caused by a medical malpractice?

A story published by TMZ claims that Hulk Hogan’s death might be a result of medical malpractice, as per sources connected to the case. Several within the law enforcement agencies made the outlet cognizant of a Clearwater Police Department report that confirmed the presence of an occupational therapist at Hogan’s house at the time he stopped breathing.

The therapist allegedly told the on-site officers that the wrestler was a victim of medical malpractice. He asserted that the surgeon severed his phrenic nerve while operating upon Hogan in one of the surgeries the latter must have had before he kicked the bucket. The conversations between the responding officers and the said therapist for Hogan are believed to be contained in the bodycam, which Brooke Oleksy was alluding to in her Instagram revelations.

A week from his death, it was unearthed by the Pinellas County Forensic Science Center that ‘The Immortal One’ had died due to a heart attack. A medical examiner’s record stated that the former 12-time world champion had a history of chronic lymphocytic leukemia. It was heavily contradicted by Hogan’s daughter, who had personally overseen her dad’s near-perfect blood panels for years before they stopped talking.

Hulk Hogan’s physician alleged of foul play with the Clearwater Police Chief

There’s one name who has been covering the ongoing Hulk Hogan situation for weeks before his death in late July, and it’s Bubba the Love Sponge. He’s now lashed out at the Chief of Clearwater Police, Eric Gandy, for being shady, as he’s allowing a botched investigation to continue under his watch.

Sponge claims he has a Department of Medicine document that shows Hogan’s primary physician, Dr. Fitzgerald’s overprescription, led to a man’s death for sore knees in the past. Fitzgerald is currently being investigated by the DEA. He’s the one who signed off on Hogan’s death certificate without an autopsy being performed.

He also has an entire rap sheet against him for battery and tampering with a witness to medical malpractice, as mentioned in a 13-page report obtained from the Department of Medicine. At last, Sponge questioned Gandy, the Clearwater Police Chief, as to why he’s hellbent on rubber-stamping the probe into Fitzgerald.
