Skylightz Gaming RonaK talks about his journey
Harpreet Singh “RonaK” Jhanjuha is one of the most experienced players of PUBG Mobile who is now climbing the pillars of his success in Battlegrounds Mobile India. Having been part of several organizations, Ronak is now making his BGMI gameplay reach his audience through Skylightz Gaming.
RonaK has come a long way to establish his successful gaming career. Playing the role of an incredible supporter, he has played the key factor for his team several times in international and national tournaments. RonaK entered his competitive journey through Team SouL and helped the team to become the champions of PUBG Mobile India Series 2019. He has never looked back since he became a member of prominent organizations such as Fnatic and is now fulfilling the expectations of his fans through his extraordinary gameplay in Skylightz Gaming. In an exclusive interview with us, the star BGMI player shared his accumulated experience from his competitive journey.

Q) What drove your interest to play BGMI when there were other gaming options available?
Ans. Whenever I play BGMI, it brings the best out of me. I feel incredibly passionate about BGMI. Although I like playing other games, my love for BGMi is second to none.
Q) From winning PUBG Mobile India Series 2019 as a part of Team SouL to becoming the champions of BGIS 2021 under Skylightz, how has your experience been?
Ans. I have spent about three years now in the gaming industry, and the experience has been surreal. There have been ups and downs, but I am grateful for all the opportunities. These experiences have helped me grow as a person.
Q) It was recently announced that your organization has parted ways with Destro, any updates on the new player joining Skylightz Gaming?
Ans. The new player joining Skylightz will be announced soon. The player will be a great addition to the lineup and will help the team reach the highest levels.
Q) Recently the government had announced the AVGC program to expand gaming in the country, what more steps do you think the government should take in order to promote eSports?
Ans. I think that the government is taking steps in the right direction. The AVGC program will undoubtedly help the gaming community. We have to trust the process, and I am certain actions will be taken that would benefit everyone involved in the igc.
Q) What do you think was the key factor that helped Skylightz Gaming to become the champions of BGMI India Series 2021?
Ans. The team had worked extremely hard, and they gave their 100% in each match. The benefits of their hard work reaped, and Skylightz won the BGIS.
Q) There have been a lot of speculations about Krafton planning to announce a roadmap of BGMI eSports 2022. What are your views on it?
Ans. Krafton is doing a great job in developing the Indian gaming industry. The way the BGIS was organized was an excellent experience for the players. I’m excited to hear about the plans of Krafton for BGMI in 2022.
Q) With PUBG Mobile being included as a medal event at Asian Games 2022, which team do you think will be the toughest competitor?
Ans. Every team that will be involved will be our toughest competitor. We have to focus on ourselves and make sure that we improve everyday and be better than what we were on the previous day.
Q) A lot of third-party and major tournaments of BGMI are lined up ahead, is your team planning a different strategy in the upcoming matches as the competition grows more challenging?
Ans. We will take one step at a time. As and when tournaments are nearing, we will formulate our strategies basis the situation. The overall strategy remains the same – work hard and give our best.
