‘I get food !’ : Noah Solskjær assures fans that his father doesn’t keep him hungry

There has been a war of words between Tottenham Hotspur manager Jose Mourinho and Manchester United’s Ole Gunnar Solskjær ever since United defeated Spurs 3-1 in the Premier League over the weekend. Both managers have taken jabs at each other and now the story gets even funnier after Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s son gets involved.

Noah Solskjær jumps into the controversy

Heung Min Son went down in a controversial decision which say Manchester United’s first goal being overturned by VAR after the referee decided to award a foul. This infuriated Manchester United supporters as they claimed Son made the most out if it as Scott Mctominay had only touched him with his hand.

Ole Gunnar Solskjær in response to this in his post match conference said that he would not gjve his son food if he did something like Heung Min Son on the field. “If my son stays down like this for three minutes and he gets his 10 mates around him to help him up, yeah, he won’t get any food.”

In response to this Jose Mourinho also didn’t shy away and said that Ole Gunnar Solskjær needs to be a better father and not keep his son hungry! “Sonny is very lucky that his father is a better person than Ole. Because as a father you have always to feed your kids, doesn’t matter what they do.”

Now Ole Gunnar Solskjær has added further to this funny conversation between the two managers by coming out and saying that he does in fact get food and nobody needs to be worried ! “Yes, I laughed a lot on Sunday too,” said the 20-year-old. “I always get food, I can assure everyone about that.”

However he didn’t just leave it at that but took a dig at Jose Mourinho and Heung Min Son as well. “I have never been lying down the way Son did. Mourinho probably just wanted to take the focus away from the fact they had lost.”
