‘The Reaper’, Robert Whittaker has proven his worth once again in a fight against Jared Cannonier at UFC 254 co-main event. Many of the people even the Middleweight champion Israel Adesanya believed that Cannonier is going to win the fight against Whittaker. But with his ruthless striking Whittaker secured a win by UD over Cannonier.

Robert Whittaker has improved his game to this level that in his last three fights against Yoel Romero, Darren Till, and Jared Cannonier he has broken at least one bone of each of them. Adesanya took his belt from his at UFC 243 Main event in which he knocked Whittaker out in just 3 minutes of 2nd round.

Now with a win over Cannonier, Whittaker is eying to take his throne back from Adesanya. UFC President Dana White also says, “With this win, he is the perfect match to face Adesanya once again for the championship. Izzy has more options also but Whittaker is the best amongst them right now”.

Robert Whittaker recently appeared in an interview with Ariel Helwani. In which he talked about that he doesn’t need to campaign for the championship. The Reaper says “I will fight for the belt again, It’s inevitable, I don’t have to worry about it. I will fight for the belt it’s natural I don’t have to worry about it”.

“I am just gonna beating everyone they will put in front of me and eventually I am going to be the only one standing at the top. It is simple and I need to be the one on the top, the guy sitting on the throne. Everyone here is chasing the goal”.

The Reaper is saying winning the belt again will not bother him but he wants to be on the top and with his recent performances he can be a threat for Adesanya in the rematch.
