Ian Poulter, a 48-year-old English pro golfer, is taking part in the LIV Golf UK event at JCB Golf & Country Club. He is the Majesticks GC co-captain, and he wishes to win the event so he may celebrate at his team’s on-course tavern.

Ian Poulter is preparing for the LIV Golf UK event at JCB Country Club, which he hopes to win for the first time since joining two years ago. Poulter’s Majesticks squad features local player Sam Horsfield, who lives just five minutes away and has devised a winning approach.

He has an impressive Ryder Cup record of 15-8-2, including a perfect 6-0-1 in singles matches. Poulter has won 17 events worldwide and has reached the top five in the global rankings. He is well-known in the UK for his unusual fashion choices.

LIV Golf Nashville’s final leaderboard explored ft. Ian Poulter

LIV Golf UK by JCB will be held from July 26 to 28, 2024, at the JCB Golf & Country Club in Rocester, England. The event has a $25 million purse and will feature 13 great teams. This includes local legends Tyrrell Hatton and Ian Poulter, as well as worldwide giants Brooks Koepka and Sergio Garcia.

Robin Hiseman built the course, which mixes modern architecture with the remains of a grand mansion to provide a one-of-a-kind golfing experience.

The Crushers GC, headed by Bryson DeChambeau, will kick off the tournament. Jon Rahm’s Legion XIII and Sergio Garcia’s Fireballs GC will also play in the opening round. The event commemorates the return of LIV Golf’s finest players from their involvement at the Open Championship in Royal Troon.
