Ice Cube maybe Raiders supporter but he's cool with Taylor Swift giving Chiefs an advantage by attending their games to cheer for boyfriend Travis Kelce.

Listen, Taylor Swift naysayers who always mumble her presence during Chiefs games ruin the mood; there’s a message from Ice Cube. The ‘Gangsta Rap’ mastermind doesn’t see anything wrong with Swift attending NFL games because it’s helping boost the league’s global exposure.
No one can doubt Cube’s love for tackle football. He is always down to talk some game, so when retired NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III DM’ed him to be the special guest on his ‘Outta Pocket’ podcast, the ‘Color Blind’ singer didn’t turn him down.
Griffin’s wife and co-host, Grete, didn’t fuss around with her question and asked him right off the bat about how Cube felt about Taylor Swift attending Chiefs games. The question brought out a mild chuckle from the 56-year-old, but his answer was anything but simple. He said:
It adds to the game because the NFL is interested in new eyeballs—more viewership… They’re trying to bring women into the sport, and if they gotta use Taylor Swift, so be it. I don’t think nothing wrong with it. I think they are making a real big deal out of it.
Now, this statement came from a staunch Las Vegas Raiders supporter. Everyone knows the Raiders and the Chiefs don’t see eye to eye, and Cube could have easily smack-talked or bashed Swift; instead, he chose to support her because:
At the end of the day, it’s really about what Travis Kelce does on the field. It’s not what Taylor does in a suite, you know what I mean. So, no matter who’s at the game, whether she comes or not, Travis [Kelce] still has to perform, and he is performing at a high level.

Swifties will love this shout-out from one of the greatest rap artists in history. Would Cube be willing to share a suite when the Raiders face the Chiefs at Arrowhead in week 7? Swifties can only dream.
Taylor Swift’s impromptu performance at the Tight End University event wins everyone’s hearts
The Tight End University is an annual event that is the brainchild of Kelce, 49ers George Kittle, and retired TE Greg Olsen. NFL tight ends from all over the country flocked to Nashville with their partners for a few days to get to know each other better.

Kelce put on his coaching hat and showed a few of his 3x Super Bowl-winning skills to the newcomers in the league while Kittle handled the PR. Once the fun on the field was over, the attention switched to music. It’s blasphemous to organize an event in Nashville without a music night.
A big surprise was waiting for everyone. Swift’s presence wasn’t a surprise because the ‘Cruel Summer’ composer had already greeted everyone during the day. In the evening, however, everyone saw a different and yet very familiar sight of Swift.
She picked up a guitar and walked onto the stage. The crowd inside Nashville’s Brooklyn Bowl cheered their hearts out because the most famous singer in the world was about to sing for them exclusively. Swift’s cute black mini dress and matching boots shimmered when the spotlight fell on her. Before singing her first song, she said a few words:
We would like to dedicate this to our favorite players who are going to play, and these are the tight ends.

Kelce cheered and clapped from the side as Swift dazzled everyone with her bewitching voice. There is more good news for the Swifties. People close to Swift have assured that the Grammy winner will attend more games in 2025. Furthermore, she is among a select group of vocalists that might perform during the Super Bowl 2026 halftime at Levi’s Stadium, though nothing has been finalized.
