Maybe I was crying because there are cameras on the gym. Well, just overwhelmed with emotions. I honestly thought that I'm going to be out of the tournament. Even though I felt something on court, it kind of hit me after. I was happy that I won, but I still felt like I was really on the edge. I just cried.Iga Swiatek said in her post-match press conference

Iga Swiatek reaches the second week of Roland Garros after a third-round demolition
Iga Swiatek celebrated her 23rd birthday with a decisive straight-sets win over Marie Bouzkova, continuing her quest for a third consecutive Roland Garros title. She is hoping to become the first female player after Justine Henin to accomplish this feat.
After being tested by Naomi Osaka in a challenging second-round match on Wednesday, Swiatek experienced a much smoother match on Court Philippe-Chatrier in the third round.
The World No. 1 secured a 6-4, 6-2 victory as Bouzkova found it difficult to contend with her powerful shots. Swiatek even relinquished one of her two breaks toward the end of the first set without jeopardizing her dominance.
The Polish superstar broke serve at the start of the second set, setting the stage for a commanding conclusion to the match. She sealed her victory with a powerful forehand down the line. Next, Swiatek will face Anastasia Potapova, who edged Wang Xinyu in a three-set thriller on Friday.
