Polish pro Iga Swiatek was recently made to react to Rafael Nadal giving a shirt to his opponent Pedro Cachin after their recent match. Inspired by this, Swiatek revealed her dream souvenir.
Rafael Nadal, who recently played his second consecutive tournament since his comeback, got off to a flying start at the Madrid Open. He even got his revenge against Alex de Minaur as he booked a third-round match against Cachin.

It was a hell of a test for Nadal, who was pushed to his limits than the matches before. The Argentine made proper use of his drop shots and lobs to keep Nadal running. However, the Spaniard outsmarted Cachin and went on to beat him 6-1, 6(5)-7, 6-3.
After the match, the Argentine politely asked Nadal for a shirt as a souvenir. Nadal, who could not refuse this, obliged to his opponent’s request. During a press meet, an interviewer recalled this incident to Swiatek and asked for her opinion.
Hmm. Not really, but if I played against Rafa, for sure I would ask for a T-shirt. But that's not possible.said Iga Swiatek via Madrid Press
Swiatek, like many others, doesn’t want to miss the chance to get a souvenir from Nadal. She happily admitted that she’d be more than happy to receive a shirt from the tennis legend.
Iga Swiatek marches ahead as she records a fabulous win over Beatriz Haddad-Maia
WTA No.1 Iga Swiatek is known for her consistency on clay surface. Having won the French Open multiple times before this, it was not a surprise for Swiatek to start on a high note on her favorite courts.

She was up against a dominant Beatriz Haddad-Maia in the quarterfinals. Swiatek, who had a great start, lost the lead to the Brazilian, and eventually the first set. However, the second set finished in minutes, as Swiatek won by a bagel.
Swiatek eventually triumphed 4-6, 6-0, 6-2. With that win, the Pole extended her head-to-head against Haddad Maia 3-1 and fixed her position in the semi-finals.
Swiatek will now take on the winner of the next quarter-final match between Ons Jabeur and Madison Keys. Although Jabeur has the first set to her name, anything can happen and Swiatek has to wait a little bit longer for the final confirmation.
