In just two months into 2024, the UFC crowned champions from nations that did not have one before. Dricus Du Plessis became the first South African champion at UFC 297, whereas Ilia Topuria became the first Georgian champion at UFC 298.

Georgia will likely have a second UFC champion if Merab Dvalishvili defeats Sean O’Malley in the potential fight. Dvalishvili and Topruia are close friends and have trained with each other. Now, Dvalishvili has revealed an interesting story about Topuria.

Nevertheless, Topuria did not heed Dvalishvili’s words as he expressed his interest in true love. Topuria indeed found it with his girlfriend, Giorgina Uzcategui Badell, with whom he has a son and another kid on the way. On the other hand, Dvalishvili revealed that he was not like Topuria. It is not a surprise considering that Dvalishvili’s video posts often feature alleged OnlyFans models.

Merab Dvalishvili recently had a face-off with Francia James, an adult content creator at UFC Mexico. Dvalishvili could not concentrate on the face-off as James wore a sultry outfit. On the other hand, the face-off between James and Alex Pereira was the exact opposite. Pereira did not even move an inch. If Merab can become the champ, he will likely receive attention, just like Topuria.

Recently, Georgia qualified for the first time for the UEFA Euro Championships. They qualified after they defeated Luxembourg 2-0, courtesy of a brace from Budu Zivzivadze. Dvalishvili was very happy about the accomplishment of his nation’s football team.

Dvalishvili is a big name in Georgia and has a close relationship with the football players from his nation. He is particularly close with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who plays as a winger for Napoli. Dvalishvili had received gifts from the Napoli winger and now expects to do the same as their nation qualified for the Euros. The Georgian national team and Merab will attempt to achieve further glory in their respective sport this year.
