“I’m glad Khabib never fought with you, he would’ve killed your brain,” Ali Abdelaziz goes at Tony Ferguson on Twitter
MMA Manager Ali Abdelaziz and Tony Ferguson have been caught exchanging trash on Twitter. The feud started with the former interim lightweight champion disagreeing with Ali on who is the greatest welterweight of all time.
After UFC 258, viewers and UFC aces chimed in their opinion about who the greatest welterweight might be. Reigning champion Kamaru Usman sure did make people rethink their choices of the “GOAT” after he knocked out his former teammate Gilbert Burns. And Ali tweeted out saying that Kamaru Usman is the greatest welterweight he’s ever seen.
Ali replied to Kamaru’s tweet saying, “You’re truly the greatest welterweight of all time. I said it. I meant it and I feel it.” Tony Ferguson being the troller he is, replied to his tweet trashing Abdelaziz’s opinion. El Cucuy said “Eat it Ali,” as he went on to tag the UFC legend, Georges St-Pierre.
Ali Abdelaziz manages a lot of UFC superstars. The list includes Khabib Nurmagomedov, Justin Gaethje, Kamaru Usman, and Henry Cejudo. It is no surprise that Ali takes the side of Kamaru in the debate of Welterweight GOAT.
“You are always going to be our stupid nephew,” says Ali Abdelaziz replying to Tony’s comments
A lot of fans and viewers have been arguing about who the greatest welterweight of all time is after Kamaru won the 13th consecutive bout. In reply to Tony Ferguson’s trash talk, Ali responded to him an hour later hilariously.
Abdelaziz wrote, “Tony Tony. You know what I’m glad Khabib never fight with you, he would’ve killed your brain. You don’t have much left. Justin Gaethje change you forever you always going to be our stupid nephew.” Fans have engaged themselves in this Twitter feud with hilarious replies too.
There is only one way to settle the debate of the greatest welterweight of the two. It is to make them both fight. Do you reckon that fight might happen?
