Following her good performances at Wimbledon, Paula Badosa has been enjoying the limelight off the court. She was recently featured in photo shoots for La Vanguardia and ELLE Espana magazines.
The 26-year-old reached the Round of 16 at the grass Major before losing to semifinalist Donna Vekic. It was her best performance in either a Grand Slam or a Masters 1000 tournament this year. She has been struggling with injuries since last year and has spent a considerable time being sidelined.
However, after strong performances at the Bad Homburg Open and Wimbledon, she has climbed to World No. 65 in the WTA rankings. She has since been enjoying some time away from the action. The Spaniard took to social media to share a few pictures of her latest photo shoots for ELLE Espana and La Vanguardia magazines.
Badosa is skipping the Paris Olympics and will be focusing on the summer hard court season. She will be hoping to gather momentum and find her best form heading into the US Open.
Paula Badosa admits criticism about her relationship with Stefanos Tsitsipas has not been easy to deal with
Paula Badosa has admitted the criticism she gets for dating Stefanos Tsitsipas has not been easy to deal with. The star couple has been heavily criticized, with many stating that they have been distracting each other, resulting in their tennis getting affected.

Badosa and Tsitsipas have been having difficult spells on the court. The latter dropped out of the Top 10 in February and he has been inconsistent with his performances. The former, on the other hand, has been struggling with injuries and only recently made her return to the WTA tour.
Criticism is never easy to deal with, although sometimes we find it funny because people don't realize that we are two people who share the same passion. Personally, what bothers me the most is that people talk about other people's realities.Paula Badosa said (via Magazine la Vanguardia)
Unlike Badosa, Tsitsipas will be in action at the Paris Olympics. The Greek star is set to take part in both the singles and men’s doubles, where he will partner his brother Petros Tsitsipas. He could also take part in the mixed doubles by joining forces with Maria Sakkari.
