India vs Australia: Twitter reacts as Steve Smith removes guard mark to unsettle Rishabh Pant

India secured a thrilling draw on Day 5 of the third Test against Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground thanks to a gritty display from their batters. The architects of the survival were Rishabh Pant, Cheteshwar Pujara, Hanuma Vihari and Ravichandran Ashwin. The former was at his attacking best today as he stroked his way to an explosive 97-run knock before getting out.
During the course of Pant’s innings, the stump camera picked up footage of Australian batsman Steve Smith scuffing out the wicket-keeper batsman’s guard marks in an attempt to unsettle him. The footage has since then gone viral and Twitter has reacted strongly calling the Aussie out for his ‘dirty tactics’.
