India vs England 2021: Sachin Tendulkar lauds Suryakumar, Ishan, Tewatia on earning their maiden call-ups for India

The legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar congratulated Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, and Rahul Tewatia on Sunday, as the trio received their maiden call-ups for India for the upcoming T20I series against England.

As BCCI announced a 19-member squad for the upcoming 5-match T20I series against England, starting next month from March 12, former Indian cricketers commended the new players for getting their call-ups for the Indian Team.

Sachin Tendulkar took to his Twitter account on Sunday posted, “Heartiest congratulations @ishankishan51, @rahultewatia02 & @surya_14kumar for your maiden call up to the Indian Team, and also to @chakaravarthy29, who missed out in Australia. Playing for India is the highest honour for any cricketer. Wishing you all a lot of success.”

The newly built Motera stadium is the venue for the five-match T20I series against England.
