The Paris Olympics 2024 will take place from July 26 to August 11th. Football games have however begun early, on July 24. France faced the United States in the first match of the men’s tournament at the Stade de Marseille and won 3-0. The women’s tournament began on July 25.

Events including skateboarding will take place at the famous Place de la Concorde, marking the sport’s Olympic debut. Later in the Games, breaking, also known as breakdancing, will take place. On August 9th, b-girls will showcase their abilities, and on August 10th, b-boys.

There will be 32 sports in all, including some brand-new ones like sports climbing and breaking. Seven locations in France, including Parc des Princes and Stade de Lyon, will host events.
