App Store users are raising questions about the iOS pre-registrations for Battlegrounds Mobile India on Twitter. Yesterday, Krafton announced the confirmed date of the Battlegrounds Mobile India for Google Play store users(Android users). The Android pre-registrations will go live from 18th May and Android users can pre-register the game on the Google Play Store.
PUBG Mobile was banned in India in September 2020 over the privacy and security concern of Indian users. After 8 months of the PUBG Mobile ban in India, the news of the pre-registration date of Battlegrounds Mobile India has lightened up many happy faces in the country. BattleGrounds Mobile India pre-registrations starts from 18th May on the Google Play Store.
As the pre-registration date which was announced is limited to Android only, a question raises – what about iOS pre-registration for Battlegrounds Mobile India? Krafton has left the iOS platform on hold for Battlegrounds Mobile India as there were no dates announced for the app store yesterday. Since there is no news about the iOS pre-registration for BattleGrounds Mobile India, the users are asking about those details for the iOS platform on Twitter.
iOS pre-registrations for Battlegrounds Mobile India are not announced
The officials have only announced the pre-registration date only for the Google Play store. The announcement reads:
"Krafton, the premier South Korean video game developer, today announced the date for pre-registrations of BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA. Developed by Krafton, the long-awaited pre-registrations for the game will go live on May 18th."
“To pre-register for BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA, please visit the Google Play Store and click on the “Pre-Register” button, and your rewards will automatically be available to claim on game launch.”
In the official announcement of Krafton regarding the Battlegrounds Mobile India pre-registrations, the developers haven’t mentioned anything about the iOS platform. The iOS users are concerned about the game availability on the platform and they have been asking about the iOS pre-registrations for Battlegrounds Mobile India on Twitter.

As the pre-registration date for the Google Play store is announced, the developers would make the announcement of the same for iOS users too sooner or later. As of now, there is no news regarding the iOS platform, the iOS users have to keep their fingers crossed until the announcement.
Developers also revealed that Battlegrounds Mobile India pre-registered users (Indian users) get exclusive rewards for pre-registering for the game as the game is exclusive to India only.
