Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) brushed aside table toppers Mumbai Indians (MI) to finish the Indian Premier League league matches with a resounding 10-wicket win. Thanks to the win, SRH set up a clash against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the Eliminator.

Earlier, SRH won the toss and chose to field first. MI Winning the toss, SRH chose to bowl first. MI had chosen to rest a lot of key players including Trent Boult and Jasprit Bumrah. Rohit Sharma returned as their captain. Right from the beginning, MI kept losing wickets at regular intervals. Sandeep Sharma shone once again by picking up 3 wickets. Kieron Pollard was the only MI batter that came good as he hit 41 off 25 balls.

In the chase, Wriddhiman Saha and David Warner came out all guns blazing. The two kept finding the boundaries at will and never took their foot off the pedal. They ultimately sealed a 10-wicket win in quick time.
