IPL 2021: Auctions postponed to third week of February

The IPL has been a hot button issue ever since the franchises gave their respective list of retained and released players. Yet another followed on IPL 2021 regarding the auctions. The mini-auctions for the 14th IPL edition, which were earlier scheduled for February 11, now stand postponed by a week, as per the InsideSport report.

“IPL auctions will now be held in the 3rd week of February. The final date, venue will be confirmed in the next few days”, confirmed senior BCCI official.

The IPL Governing Council (GC) will announce the fresh date of auctions in the next few days. The officials are also yet to decide the venue for the IPL auctions.
