Chennai Super Kings (CSK) clinched their second victory in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 against Rajasthan Royals (RR) at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. It was an all-round performance from the Men in Yellow as they were terrific in all three departments of the game. RR on the other hand, seemed to be going well in the second innings before it all went wrong.
With the bat, it was some useful cameos from their batsmen like Faf du Plessis, Ambati Rayudu, Sam Curran and Dwayne Bravo. In the chase, Jos Buttler seemed to be doing well for RR in the chase as they were in with a chance at the halfway stage. However, spinners Moeen Ali and Ravindra Jadeja produced incredible spells to completely shoot out the RR middle order and sea a 45-run victory.
