“Isaiah Thomas was so special here”: Boston Celtics’ Coach Brad Adams
Isaiah Thomas
The NBA has seen some of the most dominating players in the game. A less number of players have been very successful who have a smaller height. Not many players under 6 feet height have done well. But Isaiah Thomas has surpassed this myth to become one of his kind. The 5’9” Boston Celtics guard has managed to impress the entire NBA despite being trolled for height earlier. After sitting out from the NBA, he is all set to make a comeback to the league. Head Coach Brad Adams feels elated on his return.
The New Orleans Pelicans have asked the veteran point-guard to sign a 10-day contract with the franchise. This is big chance for the veteran to prove after being out of the season. His return has made a lot of debates. The Boston Celtics vouched for the player in 2014-15 season. They made him a starter after he impacted the league time and again. Thomas was a very hyped short player back in the Celtics. Isiah made it to the All-Star that season as well.
