Ahead of his highly anticipated clash with Paulo Costa on Saturday 26th September, the Undisputed Middleweight Champ Israel “StyleBender” Adesanya took over Twitter to celebrate his former teacher Yaw Sakyi Afari.

This comes after Mr. Afari, now a broadcaster and sports event manager dropped a comment on his former student’s post and got a revert back too.

“Greetings from GHANA. This is Mr. Afari, your school teacher. Proud of you BIGMAN”, commented Mr. Afari.

“The Last Stylebender” also took to Instagram to appreciate his childhood teacher by telling one of his story. Check it out.

After Stylebender shared the video, Mr. Afari called him “one of the finest World Champions of our time”

It is no joke that “The Last Stylebender” has been nothing but destined for greatness. With an amazing, professional record of 19-0 in MMA. He also has a professional record of 75 wins and 0 losses in Kickboxing. If that is not greatness, don’t know what is. Adesanya looks to defend his belt against Paulo “The Eraser” Costa at UFC 253. UFC 253 is scheduled for this Saturday, September 26 at Yas Island, UAE.

Preview-

Both the Champion and the Challenger are undisputed in their professional careers with 19 and 13 wins respectively. When we talk about Paulo Costa, he is the guy who advanced towards Yoel Romero. That fight gave him the reputation of being one of the most violent guys in the sport. There has been a lot of bad blood boiling between the two. Ranging from remarks on their appearances to abusive words and actions, this one gets settled inside the Octagon. However, only one man leaves the Octagon as the “Undisputed Middleweight Champion of the World”.

Who do you think wins this one, Israel “The Last Stylebender” Adesanya or Paulo “The Eraser” Costa?
