Israel Adesanya exposes Jon Jones’ agent DM’s in response to negative comments made

Jon Jones and Israel Adesanya have shared a rivalry that is slowly escalating day by day. Both of them have called out each other several times and exchange insults on a regular basis.

Jon Jones, former Light Heavyweight Champion’s manager and CEO of ‘First Round Management’ Malki Kawa is having shots taken at him for contacting ‘The Stylebender’ in order to be his manager. Adesanya not replied to him showing his lack of respect for the manager.

He went on to post screenshots of the messages sent to Adesanya which implied the agent was desperate to manage the fighter. The manager began requesting him to consider his offer in both 2016 and 2018.

The agent, Kawa began insulting Adesanya after it was announced that he would be taking up the role of color analyst on the upcoming return of Mike Tyson versus Roy Jones Jr. in an exhibition match on November 28th. According to reports, Jorge Masvidal was first reached out to in order to give him this role but he had simply denied it.

‘The Stylebender’ felt offended by Kawa’s comment and went to twitter to reveal past DM’s received from the agent. He try to expose him as desperate and trying to ‘fish for gold’ after being contacted twice.

The messages sent by Kawa back in 2016 and 2018 included:

January 2016 – “What’s up? I represent guys like Bones, Condit, and Pettis etc. Would love to talk to you you get a chance.”

July 2018 – “What’s good brother? For your information, I represent Jon Jones, Tyron Woodley as well as a bunch of other fighters. You got ‘IT’. Do you have a manager? If not, I’d love to discuss the future with you.”

Adesanya felt the need to expose their conversation after he felt he was insulted by Jones’ agent.

The ‘Stylebender’ is now pursuing a two division title reign. He aimes to fight light heavy champion Jan Blachowicz with both their belts placed on the line. He hopes to fight Jon Jones one day and prove to the fans who the real ‘GOAT’ is.
