Israel Adesanya vs Jan Blachowicz is expected to be booked by the UFC very soon. It will see the Nigerian-born New Zealander move to uncharted territory – the light heavyweight division. Adesanya recently even revealed that he will eventually face Jon Jones, once he beats Jan Blachowicz. The two have been pitting against each other ever since, Israel Adesanya dominated Paulo Costa at UFC 253. The match is expected to shatter viewership records, and Adesanya also expressed his desire to fight Jon in front of a huge crowd at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

More recently, Israel Adesanya revealed that it would be cool if there was audience for a fight like that (Jon Jones), but also said he was okay if there was none.

“But if there’s no audience for that fight, as well, I don’t mind” – Israel Adesanya

Speaking extensively on this to MMA Junkie Radio, “The Last Stylebender” was quoted as saying, “I like fighting with no audience, but that fight in particular, I want there to be an audience. But if there’s no audience for that fight, as well, I don’t mind. I just feel it’ll be glorious in a packed stadium with 75,000 people, you know. But, yeah, I don’t mind. I kind of like the last fight, where you could here the crispness of the strikes, the impact of the leg kicks, the shots sounding like gun shots. Either way is good for me.”
