“It all comes down to geometry” Lakers legend Shaquille O’Neal awkwardly explained the s*xual challenges with his size
One of the most vicious and brutal big men on the basketball court talked up about his divorce and took responsibility for it. But on a lighter note, Shaquille O’Neal also awkwardly explained the challenges he had getting physical.
Shaquille O’Neal is one of the most loved and talked about athletes in the NBA World. Former Lakers Center dominated the court and had a lot of crazy things outside court too. The “storyteller” had many incidences connected with him, amusing the commoners to an extent that no one would have thought of. On one podcast, Shaq faced one question which made him uncomfortable for a bit, but he didn’t shy away from answering the question – not to the fullest though. In the Podcast “the Pivot” host Channing Crowder asked about the S*xual life of Shaq, considering his massive body structure.
Then he tried to go deeper into the details. But O’Neal who firstly laughed it out gave just one-liner, which could be the best answer he could have given. Shaq said, “It all comes down to geometry”. 7’1” Shaq had rather perfect fitting answer over his personal space with his 5’7” wife – Shaunie O’Neal.
Shaquille O’Neal talked about the divorce and explains the reasons
The big-name player was married to Shaunie Nelson back in Dec 2002 at Beverly Hills. Then 2-time NBA Champion and Finals MVP Shaq was 30 years old and in his prime. The couple has 5 kids in their 10 years of marriage as they split up in 2011.
O’Neal first filed for divorce in 2007 before the couple reconciled temporarily. Two years later, Shaunie, now 47, filed for separation and sought sole custody of their four children. Shaq recalled the period with his family, he said, “The best feeling for me was coming home and hearing five, six different voices. Don’t matter if I missed 15 free throws and we lost, they don’t care about that. ‘Dog Man’s home,'” he laughed.
“We used to play something called ‘dog man’ as soon as I come home, I turn into a wild dog and I chase them,” O’Neal explained the “dog man” name he earned from his children.
A successful businessman and sports analyst, Shaq certainly had his high times in the sport and in life too. But something that Shaq had been candid about on occasion was his relationship with former wife Shaunie O’Neal.
Shaq recently opened up about feeling lost after the divorce as he said, “I was just being greedy. I had the perfect situation. My wife was finer than a mug, kept giving me babies, still finer than a mug. I had it all. And I don’t make excuses, I know I messed up. You know, when I didn’t have that … I was lost. Seventy-six thousand square foot house by yourself, lost. No kids, go to the gym, nobody’s playing in the gym. You go to their room, nobody’s there. You start to feel it.”
Hall of Famer Shaq looked sad about the thing and also mentioned that he should have never done what he had in the past – resulting in the divorce, but still keeping his composure Shaq was able to tackle the ‘s*x” related question pretty well we must agree.
