Manchester City star Jack Grealish playfully interacted with a young Aston Villa supporter during the club’s pre-season tour of the USA. A video of the player’s hilarious question for the young fan emerged on social media.

Jack Grealish is a part of Manchester City’s pre-season tour in the US, ahead of the FA Community Shield final and their Premier League title defense. Having moved from Aston Villa in 2021 for a massive transfer fee worth £100 million, the 28-year-old is the most expensive British player ever. Grealish gave a heartfelt farewell to his childhood club in 2021, where he had spent 19 years and made over 200 first-team appearances.

The forward’s move to City was however, criticized by a section of Aston Villa supporters. While some fans still hold on to the resentment, a recent heartwarming video showcased the affection many still have for the player. During a recent training session, a young fan in an Aston Villa jersey asked for his autograph. Grealish cheerfully inquired if the boy still liked him, to which the boy nodded. Grealish then smiled, signed the shirt, and shook hands with the young fan.

This heartwarming moment caught the attention of fans, who lauded the Englishman for his response and gracious demeanor. Additionally, a similar event occurred last week in New York, where Grealish’s presence brought a female fan to tears.
