The trajectory of Bloodline saga changed at SummerSlam. Following the return of Roman Reigns, all eyes were on him and Solo Sikoa after their chaotic encounter in the closing sequence of the ‘Bloodline Rules’ match. However, before the thunderous return, Jacob Fatu suffered a grotesque fall while diving through Cody Rhodes on the announce table.

After SummerSlam, the Samoan Werewolf appeared on the Instagram stories of popular YouTuber Haroon Twins. He was seen wearing a boot, signifying the status of his injury. It was an injury boot that is used during ankle injuries to put the leg at ease. Fatu wearing something like this suggests there is some sort of damage that might halt his in-ring performance for a while.

Moreover, The Bloodline member was even seen limping after the show went off air. He needed the help of a referee to walk out of the stadium. During the match, Jacob Fatu performed a splash on Cody Rhodes. However, he landed on his ankle instead, which led to him getting sidelined for the rest of the match.

Triple H addressed this injury in his press conference and revealed that there was nothing serious. However, there is speculation that the injury angle of Fatu was a work. It was done to prevent him from interacting with the returning Roman Reigns. Only time will tell if these speculations are true or hollow. Therefore, all eyes are now on this week’s SmackDown, where all the answers will be provided to these rising questions.
