Jacob Fatu has been a part of The Bloodline 2.0 under the leadership of Solo Sikoa since his WWE debut a few weeks ago on SmackDown. Since his appearance in the company, there have been multiple rumors floating around that he is a spy for Roman Reigns and will turn on the current faction upon the Tribal Chief’s return. The Samoan Werewolf recently indirectly addressed these rumors on social media.

Fatu posted on X saying that he thanked God for his tribal chief, Solo Sikoa. The 32-year-old seems to have pledged his allegiance to the former NXT North American Champion. He is an integral part of the faction in its current state and helped his leader pin Cody Rhodes at Money in the Bank in Toronto.

If Fatu is indeed a spy for Roman Reigns, this may be him simply keeping up the ruse. After all, there have been many signs that he will eventually betray the current leadership. He has already pledged his loyalty to the former WWE Universal Champion in several tweets before his debut in the company. Fatu also refused to be called the Tribal Chief in the Indies out of respect for his family member. Sikoa was also extremely dismissive of his efforts in the six-man tag match during the show’s press conference.

Fatu has stuck around with the faction through most of their extreme steps. This includes taking out wrestling veterans like Randy Orton and Kevin Owens. He even helped them take out one of Reigns’ most-trusted individuals, Paul Heyman. However, this could be a planned attempt to get closer to Sikoa and make him trust the Samoan Werewolf.

Rikishi talks about what WWE needs to do to make Jacob Fatu shine in the company

Speaking on Rikishi Fatu off the Top, the Hall of Famer recently gave his thoughts on Jacob Fatu joining the new version of the Bloodline. Rikishi thought that his versatility and fierceness added a completely new layer to the group. However, there was still more that the promotion needed to do to get the most out of him.

Rikishi opined that Fatu had done a great job at Money in the Bank, and now it was time for him to make his singles debut on SmackDown. He argued that the 32-year-old must be paired up with top-tier wrestlers to showcase his true potential.

The Hall of Famer asserted that his work ethic and psychology would truly shine against a veteran like Randy Orton or Cody Rhodes. If WWE does not go through with this, he would merely be seen as a puppet of the faction whose only goal is to provide some extra muscle.
