Jade Cargill drops an F-bomb on WWE legend despite her arch-rival’s warning of not dragging her father-in-law into their beef
The former WWE women's tag team champion, Jade Cargill, has gone off on Rikishi amid her social media outburst with Naomi.

The mystery that once engulfed the entire SmackDown roster was regarding the anonymous assailant who ambushed Jade Cargill backstage in November. Now that the affected woman has unmasked the culprit, who’s Naomi, they’ve waged a war of words on social media. WWE HOF’er Rikishi, who happens to be the father-in-law of Naomi, recently condemned Jade’s assault of his daughter-in-law.
In response, Cargill took to X and tagged the WWE legend. She brushed off whatever the latter had to say about her while claiming that Naomi is due of receipts for her wrongdoings. The real-life Trinity Fatu soon clapped back. She said that although she might’ve gotten her hands dirty on Jade, the former AEW star had almost died, alluding to the severity of her beatdown.
Too bad you didn’t finish the job, remember this when I’m stomping your ass out AGAIN…but TBH F*CK YOU AND HIM!

The Queen of Glow then warned Cargill of never dragging Rikishi into their feud. And guess what? The Storm didn’t care and doubled down on Naomi’s father-in-law by dropping an F-bomb on both of them. Trinity then tagged Bianca Belair to make her aware of how Jade’s been badmouthing her. Belair walked out on Naomi last week on SmackDown after the latter owned up to her actions concerning Cargill.

The former women’s champion claimed that she did it to preserve her ties with Belair. Naomi insinuated that The EST’s burgeoning friendship was bothering her, and she had to make a move. It’s worth noting that Naomi voluntarily replaced Jade in the first place to join Belair as the other half of the women’s tag team champs. They lost the gold a couple of weeks ago.
Jade Cargill allegedly rubbed the WWE roster the wrong way
With Jade Cargill’s newsworthy WWE return at the Elimination Chamber, things were bound to pick up steam. She wrecked Naomi inside the chain-linked structure and left. At that point, it wasn’t clear if Naomi had actually attacked Jade in the past to send her packing.

Shortly after the PLE, a couple of media outlets broke a several-months-old story about the 32-year-old. It was reported that Cargill had a heated backstage confrontation with Shayna Baszler somewhere in June 2024. The situation could’ve exacerbated had the WWE management not been made aware of it.
At this point, the exact details of what led to that disagreement are under wraps. However, part of it stemmed from Cargill allegedly telling Baszler to her face that she needed to learn how to work. The Queen of Spades had apparently gone way too stiff on Jade during their match at Clash at the Castle.
The ugliness of the situation almost messed things up. Jade was spotted tapping out, which wasn’t the planned ending of the match. In hindsight, the Texas Smoke owner was just trying to relay it to Baszler to ease up the submission hold they were in.
Did WWE feign Jade Cargill’s recent injury to incentivize her?
The aforementioned report also added that Jade Cargill had rubbed a number of women on the roster the wrong way. That eventually led to Shayna Baszler taking a stand for her coworkers and willingness to fight the erstwhile AEW TBS Champion.

Per Fightful‘s reporting, when Jade was written off TV as part of her mystery attacker storyline, it piqued other talent. They allegedly thought that it was to allow Jade to take time off during the company’s holiday tour live events, which were mandatory for everyone.
Here is the Fightful Select report that I found on Twitter.

It seems like she rubbed a lot of people the wrong way and her coworkers got offended at all the pomp and circumstance she got upon her arrival. From this report, it just feels like nobody is acting like a professional. pic.twitter.com/s1CEQUM87n
That’s why some on the roster doubted the validity of her injury, which remained disputed for a long time. PWInsider kept reporting that she wasn’t hurt and was entertaining Hollywood ventures at the time. The Storm had apparently gone to Hawaii on a family vacation as well.
But those Fightful spoke to in WWE relayed to the outlet that Jade was indeed injured. She was pushing hard to get back, which falls in line with the numerous visits she made to the Performance Centre. Nonetheless, now that her feud with Naomi is up and running, they’re expected to turn it up to eleven at WrestleMania 41.
