Jade Cargill has been treated as a star in WWE. She was acclaimed as the next big thing upon her debut it became a part of her identity. However, one thing that fan came to notice was the lackluster performance in the ring. It became a point of discussion after the embarrassing botch at Clash at the Castle. Recently, the Big Jade addressed that botch and the horrifying landing.

Speaking with the Metro, the Storm said that this kind of botch was a surprise for her. She claimed that she had never ever slipped or twisted herself while performing such moves. However, at Clash at the Castle, it came out of nowhere. The former Women’s Tag Team Champion added that she knew she was going to have a brutal landing when she slipped on top rope. However, getting back up to continue the performance was the only thing on her mind, said Big Jade.

I’ve never failed, I’ve never slipped… I do all these power moves. I’ve never fell in my life. So for me to have to do that, you know, mid air, I was like, dang! But I just knew I had to keep going.

For context, Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair faced the Unholy Union and Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark at Clash at the Castle. During the match, Cargill embarrassingly slipped over the top rope while performing a move. It was heavily trolled by the WWE Universe, as it was not the first time Big Jade was lambasted for her in-ring performance. However, later on, it came to know that there was an issue with the ropes at the event that led to multiple botches that night.

Furthermore, the Storm has been open about her career prospects in the future. She recently expressed a desire to face Rhea Ripley down the line. As of now, she has been working in a trio alongside Naomi and Biance Belair on SmackDown. It is going to be interesting to see if WWE would pull the trigger for the push for the former AEW star after having a promising start.

Jade Cargill has been working a lot of shows in WWE currently. Big Jade has been making a name for herself at the house shows, and she recently expressed the importance of working live events for a professional wrestler.

Speaking with Metro, Cargill said that doing live events gives the liberty to experiment. She added that the live weekly shows need to be as per the script. However, at house shows, they can perform the stuff they are developing for the bigger stage. Therefore, it is fun, and she has been enjoying it a lot in WWE.

It’s important for me to get these reps to see what works and what doesn’t work. Because prior, everything had to work because everything was on TV. So now I can experiment!

Moreover, Big Jade spent a lot of time in the Performance Center last year. She has been polishing her skills, and it seems all this is a setup for her main event push. Fans have been rooting for her much-anticipated feud against Bianca Belair. Only time will tell when and where it is going to happen. However, it can be said that it is imminent at this point.
