The Boogeyman decided to prank some WWE superstars leading up to this year’s Halloween. The wrestlers were asked to put their hands inside a cardboard box and guess what was inside. However, they were all shocked to find out that it was the 59-year-old’s head. Unfortunately for them, Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill were also a part of this prank.
The WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions put their hands inside the box and immediately seemed weirded out by the odd texture of the object inside. Bianca Belair thought that it was a skull but freaked out when she felt eyebrows and eyes on the object. The EST even accidentally picked his nose.
Cargill removed the box, and The Boogeyman turned his head around to reveal himself. The champions started jumping around the room out of fear and began screaming. The wrestling legend then rose from underneath the table, causing Belair to run out of the frame.
Cargill posted the video on her Instagram and said that it was nice meeting the WWE legend. Belair also uploaded a video on X and revealed that this was actually her first time meeting The Boogeyman.
The Boogeyman was confirmed to be backstage at a recent SmackDown, presumably shooting this video. At the venue, he also shared a photo with Paul Heyman amidst his absence. The 60-year-old has signed a Legends contract with the company. He occasionally shows up backstage or at shoots for promotional material and similar content.
Jade Cargill shares a training photo with Ricky Starks
Jade Cargill spent nearly three years in AEW before making her way to WWE. Although she has been in the Stamford-based promotion for over a year, she is clearly still friends with some of her former colleagues over at AEW.
Cargill recently shared a photo of herself training at the Nightmare Factory in Georgia alongside AEW star Ricky Starks. The Nightmare Factory facility is owned and operated by Cody Rhodes and QT Marshall. Given that the former AEW Tag Team Champion is still a close friend of the WWE Undisputed Champion, he likely works out at his facility a lot.
There are tons of reports stating that WWE is heavily interested in signing Starks. The 34-year-old has not appeared on AEW programming for months. He is also good friends with several superstars over in the Stamford-based promotion. Therefore, it seems likely for him to jump ship as soon as his contract expires.
