Jade Cargill suffers shocking first-ever pinfall loss in WWE after being screwed by arch rival on SmackDown
The Storm couldn't avert a catastrophe on SmackDown. She was stunned by Liv Morgan after a ton of shenanigans.

Competing in her first singles match since squashing Alba Fyre last August, Jade Cargill didn’t have the best of outings. She wrestled Liv Morgan on this week’s SmackDown. In the closing moments, Naomi appeared at ringside and decked Cargill in the face while the referee was distracted by Morgan’s cohort, Raquel Rodriguez.
It allowed the other half of the women’s tag team champions to hit Jade with the Oblivion. And just like that, Liv pinned Cargill, which was the latter’s first pinfall loss in one-on-one scenarios since debuting for WWE. Her night in Bologna kept getting worse as Naomi launched a post-match assault on Jade.
One would think that was inevitable. Since accepting her guilt of being the long-accused mystery attacker of the Texas Smoke owner, the Queen of Glow has altered her demeanor. She’s no longer sporting that happy-go-lucky look. Naomi hadn’t gotten her hands dirty on Cargill since the latter’s Elimination Chamber exploits.

Jade and Naomi took their beef to social media in a series of back-and-forths stemming from Naomi’s father-in-law, Rikishi, condemning Cargill. The former AEW star resorted to badmouthing the WWE Hall of Famer, something that didn’t sit well with Naomi. The real-life Trinity Fatu warned her nemesis about the ramifications of dragging her pops into their feud.
Naomi sends a message after attacking Jade Cargill
Once a key ally of Bianca Belair, Naomi is forlorn with about a month to spare until WrestleMania 41. The EST cut her ties with Jimmy Uso‘s wife after learning that Naomi did, in fact, sideline Jade for months. After getting her pound of flesh, Naomi is full of beans.

She took to X and posted a picture with the revamped look of hers that she unveiled on SmackDown. The Orlando native captioned, “Proceed with caution.” It’s clear as daylight that she’s embraced the dark side. Naomi tried explaining to Bianca that it was always supposed to be the two of them taking over as a duo.

However, seeing Jade slowly supersede her, Naomi couldn’t digest it. While Belair is off to bigger things at WrestleMania, her former Big 3 sisters are yet to settle their differences. It seems as if Naomi vs. Cargill is inevitably happening at The Show of Shows in Las Vegas. However, there’s still some time to kill in between.
The fans could expect some more fireworks from these women. Neither of them has had a singles match at WrestleMania, but that could change soon. At the moment, The Storm does seem superior to Naomi. But discarding a veteran like the latter could work against Cargill, who’s yet to prove her mettle in WWE.
Drew McIntyre is proud of Naomi’s all-new persona
Naomi recently updated the profile picture of her account on X to the one in which Jade Cargill was laid out cold. The netizens quickly traced its predecessor, which was Drew McIntyre when he was feuding with CM Punk.

The Queen of Glow accentuated the buzz by posting a picture with the Scot, saying, great minds think alike. The Chosen One applauded Naomi for stooping to new lows but quipped that it’s a shame she’s married into the Anoa’i family.

It explains McIntyre’s unfinished business with The Bloodline. Naomi clapped back at Drew, asserting that she loves her family. The former women’s champ’s on-screen work of late has been well-received within WWE.
