Jade Cargill is famous for her sense of fashion and the incredible designs on her ring gear and clothing. She is also famous for her cosplays and is referred to as The Storm because of her striking resemblance to the X-Men character. During her time on the shelf, the 32-year-old decided to reenact another character on the occasion of the New Year.
Jade Cargill recently posted on X a photo of herself completely covered in blood from head to toe. She is seen standing in front of a barbed wire fence at night, with autumn leaves spread all around her. The photo is accompanied by no caption, and there is no context about what this photo is supposed to be.
The prevailing fan theory suggests that Cargill is cosplaying Carrie from the 1976 film Bucket of Blood. However, this has not been confirmed by the SmackDown superstar herself. The Storm was also notably absent from social media since being taken out. However, she did return on December 23rd to post a picture of her face with drops of blood near her eye.

The former AEW TBS Champion was found brutalized in the parking lot on the November 22nd episode of SmackDown. She was replaced in the Survivor Series: WarGames match by Bayley. Since then, she has not made a single appearance on WWE programming. However, there have finally been some reports about Cargill’s injury and her whereabouts.

While the meaning of this picture was unclear to them, they appreciated the effort that had gone into the appearance. A netizen joked that she looked as if she had been through a Mortal Kombat fatality. Others speculated that she may be returning to WWE as soon as the first 3-hour episode of SmackDown this week.
A fan had an interesting theory if her appearance was indeed based off Bucket of Blood. In the movie, Carrie was set up by people who she wanted to be friends with. Thus, this photo could indicate that she was set up and attacked by someone who she thought was her friend.

Social media users mentioned that he now had severe bloodlust for the attacker who took her out of action, probably Naomi. After allegedly taking out The Storm, she offered to become Bianca Belair’s tag team partner and has now declared herself one-half of the Women’s Tag Team Champion.
