Jaden McDaniels confident about Timberwolves scripting history against the Mavs: “Can probably run off three more”
Minnesota Timberwolves' Jaden McDaniels makes a bold admission after his side's Game 4 win against the Dallas Mavericks.

Anthony Edwards and Jaden McDaniels
The Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Dallas Mavericks in Game 4 of the Western Conference Playoff Finals, keeping their hopes of qualifying for the NBA Finals alive. In addition, the Timberwolves’ star duo Anthony Edwards and Karl-Anthony Towns led in attack for their side’s victory against the Mavs. Interestingly, after the win, Timberwolves’ Jaden McDaniels seemed to make a bold claim.
After his side’s stellar victory, Jaden McDaniels claimed that they could go on and win the remaining 3 games against the Mavs. This would send them into the NBA Finals and see them creating NBA Playoff history. Also, McDaniels has been a consistent performer for the TImberwolves this 2023-24 NBA season.

The only game [the Mavs] really beat us was the last game. The rest of them were close and our mistakes let us lose... We can probably run off three more now. After the match, Jaden McDaniels told the reporters
This is somewhat of an atrocious claim made by the Timberwolves’ star, especially with the Mavs just needing one win to knock the Timberwolves out of the current series.
On the Sports side of things, throughout this series, McDaniels has been among Minnesota’s most reliable players. He has been averaging 12.8 points and shooting 55% from three on five tries per match. It remains to be seen how McDaniels performs in the upcoming game 5 against the Mavericks.
Jaden McDaniels aside, Mike Conley Jr. made bold admission to reporter after Game 3 loss to Mavs
The Minnesota Timberwolves put a halt to the Dallas Mavericks‘ 3-game winning streak in Game 4 of the current playoff series. Interestingly, Timberwolves’ Mike Conley Jr. made a bold admission to one of the club’s reporters after his side’s Game 3 loss to the Mavs at the American Airlines Center.
On his KFAN radio broadcast, Timberwolves reporter Jon Krawcynski informed Dan Barreiro that Conley felt comfortable leaving the Dallas arena following Game 3. Krawcynski recalled something Conley said to him in public.
Jon, you’re gonna have a hell of a story to write. We’re gonna make history.Mike Conley Jr. said
Conley’s words did come into play after Game 3 as the Timberwolves beat the Mavs in Game 4. However, it will be intriguing to watch how the Timberwolves and their star players perform against the in-form Dallas Mavericks in the remainder of the matches. Also, the Timberwolves cannot afford to lose any game in this series from here on.
