Sancho’s powerful strike from outside the penalty area caught out Fraser Forster at his far post. Sancho also played the pass for Moises Caicedo, which resulted in a penalty for Chelsea.

Chelsea staged a brilliant comeback against its rivals. Despite winning 3-4, Enzo Maresca‘s men were trailing 2-0 by the 11th minute. Even though Jadon Sancho pulled one back in the 17th minute, the second half saw The Blues ease past Tottenham.

Maresca also made headlines for patching things up with Marc Cucurella, who was directly responsible for both of Tottenham’s goals in the first half.
Even though The Blues sit in second spot with 31 points from 15 games, the Italian has time and again stressed that the club isn’t in the title race. Chelsea’s next game is against Astana in the Conference League before taking on Brentford at home four days later. The Blues trail League leaders Liverpool by just four points.
