Jake Paul and Logan Paul have put an end to speculation that they will face each other in the boxing ring. Initially, fans were surprised by the rumored matchmaking. This is because the elder Paul brother told the world that he wanted to focus on his WWE career. The brothers announced on Thursday that they are launching a family reality show, Paul American, on HBO Max on March 27.

At the moment, the pro boxing absurdity seemed true enough from Paul American. Jake Paul did take on “King of Violence” Mike Perry in an eight-round cruiserweight battle. Paul vs. Mike Tyson headlined MVP’s Netflix boxing event and was also a weird one. As such, the Paul brothers facing off caught everyone by surprise However, the internet was right; the Paul bros are not facing each other.

Guys, everything we said besides beating each other’s ass is true, and maybe we’ll do that one day, …But today, this is something we’ve waited our whole lives for, our entire lives…We’ve built our lives in front of the world, but PAUL AMERICAN is the raw, unfiltered truth behind everything you think you know about us. It isn’t just about the headlines or the viral moments — it’s about the journey that got us here.

On Tuesday, a post from both brothers hinted at a pro boxing bout between them. The Pauls opened an IG live appearance with a combative talk, culminating in sibling shoving. They announced they’ll instead be starting their own reality TV series, Paul American, to be broadcast on streaming service Max. An announcement has gone out about the upcoming reality TV series.

A prospective fight between Logan Paul and Conor McGregor is yet to take shape. The “Notorious” side of things has put it in dead water, despite TKO banking a prospective $250 million fight purse and more PPV sales. Jake also hasn’t provided any matchup updates recently. However, there’s one man Problem Child won’t cause a problem for.

When Jake Paul revealed why “tall AF” striker Israel Adesanya is the one UFC contender he would never fight

One would think it’d be Alex Pereira that the younger Paul brother wouldn’t dare fight. “Poatan” beat Israel Adesanya at UFC 281, and Adesanya snagged back undisputed gold with a second-round KO at UFC 287 PPV. The Brazilian is the better option, right? He has had a historic 2024 with 3 KO title wins; a clear monster. But when has Jake Paul ever felt under obligation to not roll in his own wave?

Paul also put Pereira on notice about facing him, before. No — it’s Adesanya he is chummy with and also dreads. The former YouTuber-prizefighter and the former middleweight champ have had an amicable going. The duo have praised each other on media appearances. One such time, on the ‘TimboSugaShow‘, Jake Paul described why he would never challenge Adesanya to a crossover bout in any ruleset.

Honestly bro, …[Adesanya’s] probably the only fighter in the UFC that I wouldn’t fight… He’s tall as fu*k and his striking… I think he’s probably, arguably one of the best strikers, …top three ever in the history of the sport… I think he’s probably, literally the only one who I wouldn’t.

While Logan Paul went the WWE way, he went the crossover lane. But Izzy has always been a different talent with prolific technical striking and risk management. The Kiwi-Nigerian defended his title five times in his first reign of the UFC 185-pound gold. He currently fights this weekend in the UFC Saudi Arabia main event.
