Last night, Jake Paul caused quite a stir in Paris. Paul made sure that everyone’s attention was on him. The former YouTuber, now a boxer, was seen socializing with Team USA Basketball following their victorious game. However, the situation took a turn for the worse as Jake Paul came out wobbling.

The video footage indicates that Paul had a little more fun and required assistance leaving the premises. To cap off the evening, Paul was guided out of L’Avenue restaurant by his security detail. Interestingly, the footage also depicts Paul struggling to maintain his balance on multiple occasions.

On the other hand, a few minutes later, Basketball legend LeBron James came out from the same premises and seemed unfazed. This implies that Jake Paul must have celebrated the US men’s Basketball team’s victory at the Paris Olympics. It was the star-studded US men’s basketball team’s fifth consecutive Olympic Gold.

Interestingly, Paul has been vocal about his aspirations beyond professional boxing. Just recently, he revealed his ambitious plans to compete in the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games. The reason for such an ambitious plan was the US boxing team’s underwhelming performance at the event.

Interestingly, Paul missed the chance to join Team USA in Paris. However, that didn’t stop him from showing up in the city of lights to party like an Olympian. Not only that, but Paul also observed that many men and women ball players wore basketball legend Kobe Bryant‘s shoes.

Jake Paul wants Nike to push the Kobe Bryant brand

Amid his training for the upcoming Mike Tyson fight, Jake Paul went to watch Team USA’s basketball team’s victory at the 2024 Paris Olympics. However, there was an instance during the game where Paul proposed that Nike should sign more players to the Kobe Bryant brand. He wants Nike to increase the exposure given to the brand named after the late Los Angeles Lakers icon.

Interestingly, Michael Jordan’s brand has redefined athletic endorsements and transcended sports. Following that observation, Paul believes the Kobe brand could offer similar, if not even greater, opportunities. In a recent tweet, Paul expressed his desire to see that happening.

Paul is frequently spotted wearing custom-made Nike boots in the boxing ring. The boxer shares a good relationship with the brand, one of the reasons why he is urging them to take this step. Another reason might be Kobe Bryant’s evergreen popularity and impact among his fanbase. As a brand, Nike could leverage that to enhance their market growth further.
