“Winner takes all” – Jake Paul challenges Dana White to a bet for $4 million

Jake Paul and Dana White

UFC President Dana White was challenged to a bet by YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul for his match against former MMA fighter Ben Askren next month. The internet celebrity has had a dream start to his boxing career as he is now 2-0 but he will face his sternest test yet when he takes on Askren on April 17. Ahead of the encounter, Paul has continued being upbeat about his chances of winning.

Meanwhile, Dana White has been completely dismissive of Paul’s chances of taking out Ben Askren. Much like the entire MMA community, the UFC president has also stated that Paul isn’t a real boxer and hence, he wouldn’t win a fight against a professional fighter. The discussion and retorts between the two has now resulted in the YouTuber challenging White to a wager amounting to as much as 4 million USD after the latter had mentioned of a bet.

Jake Paul responds to Dana White’s bet

Dana White had appeared on Mike Tyson‘s podcast recently and while talking about the upcoming fight between Jake Paul and Ben Askren, the UFC President had stated confidently that there is no way the former would come up trumps. He even went as far as to say that he was willing to bet 1 million USD that Askren would come up trumps.

Now Paul quickly took to Instagram to comment his thoughts on the same and wrote, “Dana let’s double the bet up! $2 Million. We wire the money into escrow. $4 million total. Winner takes all. My team will be in touch to make a contract. After I knockout Ben, we can set up Jake Paul vs. Dana White 2021 since you consider yourself a “Boxer” and me a “YouTuber“” along with a ‘clown’ emoji.

The bout on April 17 at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium will be followed with rapt attention around the world and if the stunning prospect of Jake Paul winning arises, it would be a historic day.
