Jake Paul faced backlash from the fans during his initial press conference for his bout against Mike Tyson. The audience’s support for Tyson resulted in continuous booing every time Paul spoke. Despite Paul’s reputation for unsettling his adversaries, the intensity of the booing caused him to lose his composure.

The promotional press events began at Fanatics Fest in New York. In the presser, Tyson didn’t need to say anything; the audience spoke on behalf of their homeboy. The crowd erupted with chants of “F–k Jake Paul” whenever the 27-year-old spoke. However, Paul, in turn, responded by yelling cuss words at the booing crowd.

Boo yourselves. Boo yourselves, New York. You’re just like Mike Tyson, you were good 20 years ago. F*ck you New York! F*ck you! Dumba** democratic city!

Paul’s outspoken remarks are not unexpected to anyone who knows him well. Throughout the years, he has sparked controversy with his bold statements. ‘The Problem Child’ frequently blends political observations with his work in the entertainment industry.

In recent weeks, Paul attracted notice for openly endorsing former President Donald Trump. He even suggested that a divine force prevented the assassination attempt on Trump. The Problem Child frequently praised the ex-POTUS for his work. Also, the relationship he shares with him might be one of the reasons why he slammed the New York City crowd, referring to them as Democrats.

Interestingly, on several occasions, even Trump has heaped praise on the 27-year-old boxer. As such, the ex-POTUS urged everyone not to try to get their hands on Paul. Now, coming to the recent heated press conference, Paul seemed frustrated with Tyson. Interestingly, to put that on everyone’s notice, he penned a message on his socials.

Jake Paul vows to teach Mike Tyson a lesson

The rescheduled fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson is set to take place on November 15 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. However, a boxing match typically generates high excitement. Interestingly, the scheduled bout between Paul and Tyson had to face several adversaries for the age gap between both boxers.

Jake Paul has gained a lot of criticism for fighting retired MMA fighters and boxers, all while asserting that he is a genuine boxer himself. Moreover, it certainly doesn’t improve the situation when Mike Tyson manages to get an entire crowd to boo at Paul. After the press conference, the 27-year-old boxer shared his frustration with the 58-year-old boxing legend.

This is going to be a painful lesson for Mike Tyson. He likes to say he gave me my start in boxing. Well I’m going to give him his end. #PaulTyson

Paul believes he will be the one who will send Tyson into retirement for good. However, now it remains to be seen how the officially sanctioned bout between a promising young boxer and a 58-year-old boxing legend unfolds.
