MMA and grappling circuit legend Jake Shields has been one bad man in competition but is one on Twitter as well, ask MMA fighter, grappler and internet troll, Dillon Danis. Shields, the former Strikeforce middleweight world champion and the former UFC welterweight title challenger was considered one of the best fighters in the world of his time fighting out of the Cesar Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Team that is responsible for fighters like the Diaz brothers.

Lately, Shields is much into coaching, speaking out his opinions on critical issues and humbling fighters. In his tenure of 46 fights, Shields has won over the likes of Demian Maia, Tyron Woodley, Yoshihiro Akiyama, Martin Kampmann, Dan Henderson, Jason Miller, Paul Daley, and Robbie Lawler, Ray Cooper, Yushin Okami, Carlos Condit and many more. Danis on the other hand is 2-0 as a professional MMA fighter so far for the last 3 years and is just 28 years old.

On Twitter, it was realised that Shields was suspended from Twitter because of his unclear comments on Danis that involved bullying and harassing someone as part of the social media giant’s policy. On getting his account back, Shields wrote “Just got done with my Twitter suspension for bullying Dillion Danis”

In the next tweet, Shields says “Elon Musk‘s first move at Twitter should be to exempt Dillion Danis from the bullying and harassment policy” This was also said in reaction to the news of SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk becoming the new board member for Twitter in advisory for the improvement of the social media giant.
