The Philadelphia Eagles are gearing up for their second Super Bowl game since Jalen Hurts was named the starter in 2021. The Eagles will meet the Kansas City Chiefs, looking to avenge the Super Bowl LVII loss two years ago.
Hurts has led the Eagles to the postseason in all four seasons as a starter after spending most of his rookie season on the sidelines as a backup. The quarterback came off a knee injury to defeat the Washington Commanders in the NFC Championship game, shining with three rushing TDs. He also became the first-ever Eagles quarterback to win the conference twice, a feat even Donovan McNabb couldn’t attain.
Ahead of the blockbuster Sunday game, Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts took the podium on Monday to answer questions. The key focus of the media interaction remained on the game and game approach by the Eagles.
However, one of the reporters had a light-hearted question for the Eagles’ main man.
The quarterback blushed while responding to the reporter’s unique ask for advice. He admitted being helpless on that account while praising his good genetics.
Reporter: “Jalen, how can I get more handsome? My girlfriend says you’re the most handsome QB in the league. Do you have any advice? I’m desperate. Anything.”

In October last year, Hurts came in at 9th in the People’s most sexiest quarterbacks. He has been a recipient of a huge fan following for a long time since the viral gum-chewing video a few years back. In fact, NFL Analyst Dominique Foxworth even commented two months ago that Hurts is getting a pass just because he’s good-looking amid a series of poor performances.
Jalen Hurts ready for the great challenge
In the Monday press conference, Hurts also broke silence on his emotions heading into a repeat game of the harsh loss two years back. Hurts was one of the best guns in that game with four total touchdowns and 374 yards from scrimmage.
As Hurts prepares for the Chiefs once again, he admitted that it will be a great challenge to play them. Moreover, he also praised the defensive unit curated by Steve Spagnuolo, which Hurts pointed out could disrupt their plans.
The Eagles, who are bolstered by the presence of a dangerous Saquon Barkley, are poised to prevent the Chiefs from making history.
