Jamahal Hill put on a dominant show against veteran light heavyweight Ovince Saint Preux, knocking him out in the second round. The 29-year old American is still unbeaten in his professional MMA career and it looks like he will only go from strength to strength here onwards.

Hill took on Ovince Saint Preux in the co-main event of UFC Vegas 16, and of course UFC Heavyweight Jon Jones was one among the viewers. He clearly seemed impressed with Jamahal Hill, praising his ‘boxing-based’ style.

Jamahal Hill clearly got the former light-heavyweight king’s attention. Jon tweeted, “Jamall Hill”, with eyes emoji.

Jon did not like a fan calling Ovince Saint Preux a hot garbage. He replied, “Get out of here, OSP is a beast brother, not very technical on his feet but he knows how to win.” It is to be noted that Jon Jones and Ovince Saint Preux have faced-off against each other in the octagon once – Jon won the fight via a unanimous decision.

Jon was clearly not happy with a fan comparing him to his younger self. A user named Scott Hymes tagged Jon Jones saying, “Looks [Jamahal] like a young Jon Jones.” Jon replied, “Stop“.

“His style is a lot more boxing-based, looks amazing“, Jon said in another tweet.
