Jamahal Hill appears to want revenge against UFC champ Alex Pereira after losing to him at UFC 300. Hill meets former light heavyweight title challenger Jiri Procahzka at UFC 311 and could set up a future title shot with a win. Recently, the champion trolled the American fighter with ‘son – daddy’ dynamics.
In recent times, Jamahal Hill has taken to critiquing all the light heavyweight seeds in his YouTube segments. Pereira took to opportunity to warn him off. Pereira is even entering the foray of a Hollywood debut. But now, he earns the bill of also being an ‘afraid’ pup who jumped the gun early on a referee pause to KO his opponent.
The last time Hill (12-2 MMA, 6-2 UFC) doused such words, Alex ‘Poatan’ Pereira knocked his winds out. Jamahal Hill was knocked out after Pereira waved off referee Herb Dean’s intervention following a groin low blow. Since then, “Sweet Dreams” still has him on his mind and has provided plenty of commentary on it, too.
Beat it funny how you rushed lil ass roundtree and dumbass Jiri like you were the man but waited until the refs got in the way to swing at me!!! You will see me again at 100% soon and we both know the fear that was in your heart!! https://t.co/ARC4XQyNQq

Since the Hill knockout, Pereira has had two more title defenses, stopping Prochazka at UFC 303 and Khalil Rountree at UFC 307. Other than Pereira, Hill has also given combat history analysis about Rountree as well.
Jamahal Hill says Khalil Rountree is not up to scratch
Jamahal Hill has a bone to pick with those who think Khalil Rountree is a tough match for him. Prodigal 205-pound champ Hill incurred a ruptured Achilles tendon in a UFC fighter pickup basketball game during UFC 290 fight week. As a result, the Team Black Lion Jiu-Jitsu Southpaw bills that he relinquished his strap and hasn’t been beaten legitimately in UFC competition.
To that end, he even took the war to fellow American fighter. Rountree (13-6 MMA, 9-6 UFC) put up a valiant striking clinic against Alex Pereira atop the UFC 307 PPV title headliner. He won the first two frames, but ‘Poatan’ battered him in the fourth. After the fallout, Rountree thought a matchup against former champion Hill is a must-see, to get back to gold. Hill (shocker, shocker) disagrees.
Hill revealed that he already signed a contract for his next bill after the UFC 300 loss, which turned out to be Prochazka. He also stamped that the strike-heavy #8 seed Rountree Jr. got his shot because he was an easy mark. However, the 33-year-old light heavyweight said he would have pieced him up the same way from the get-go.
